The genesis of this merger began more than 35 years ago thru Mick’s wife Stacia at a mutual friends home in Topanga Canyon California where Bob and Mick first met.  Fast forward a dozen years where Mick cut his website building teeth on Bob’s latest venture OrganicFiji.com .  Fast forward another dozen years and the digital world, e-commerce and Amazon were taking over the world.

While learning the complexities of Amazon, Bob was paired with Kat thru an Amazon Brand Growth program. Bob and Kat quickly realized a synergy in their relationship.

Realizing there was an opportunity to develop a team where clients could get guidance and support on all aspects of e-commerce and digital development and management in one place True Compass Consulting was born. With Mick’s 25 years of developing over 380 websites, Kat’s 15 years of managing brands on Amazon, and corporate accounts at Nike and Columbia, and Bob’s 40 years of business startups, pioneering brands and mastering the digital marketplace thru the brand owners lens.
